LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Chief Operating Officer for a construction company in Jacksonville, FL. This forward-thinking individual will have leadership experience in operations, finance, client relations and personnel management within the construction industry.
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 annually
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
- Experience driving organizational vision and operational strategy
- Ability to administer cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements
- Experience implementing new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry
